New Balloon Lease Pricing for NY customers...

The interest rate finally came down, the payments would be close to $40-50 less per month. In addition, I received very special pricing that I can offer to you guys! The car would be sold below list price as well..I tried putting up the prices before, but the site was down, and I got tied up at work. I will post pricing tomorrow. PM me if you're interested in purchasing a TL by me!

Base TL:
36/12k - 485/mo *Edit*
36/15k - 502/mo \|/
39/12k - 469/mo
39/15k - 485/mo
42/12k - 441/mo
42/15k - 456/mo
48/12k - 435/mo
48/15k - 448/mo

TL/Navi
36/12k - 536/mo *Edit*
36/15k - 555/mo \|/
39/12k - 518/mo
39/15k - 535/mo
42/12k - 487/mo
42/15k - 503/mo
48/12k - 478/mo
48/15k - 492/mo

All prices are including tax (NYC 8.625%) with a total of $1,500 down plus registration/dmv fees.
With the Balloon, there is:
No first payment
No Bank Fee
No Security Deposit

In addition, Honda allows up to $1,500 in damages at lease end
Subject to credit approval, of course.

I have a bunch in stock, as well as in-coming.. I can also provide leases to customers outside NY as well.

****There was an error in my system, for some reason it was not including the tax in the payments. I ran the numbers so quickly this morning to post them that I didn't realize it didn't add the taxes. These are the corrected rates. Sorry for the mix-up! ****

Shoofin - I am assuming these numbers are from a third party, do you suspect that Hondas numbers will decline in a similar fashion? My concern is lease terms will become more unfavorable next month from Honda, any insight or thoughts?

These are Balloon rates through Honda Finance, and the rate just dropped yesterday, and is good until at least the end of the year. Only problem is they disclosed a new rate, but the same residuals, which show to be good until the tomorrow, because my residual sheet shows that it's good until 10/31, i.e it is subject to change.

Interesting. So theoretically we could see the following situation on traditional leases outside of NY.

Everything remains the same.
Residual remains the same MF drops slightly.
Both residual and MF drop.

Based on what you have seen in the past what is your guess as to what will happen to tradional leases? Those ballon rates are better then traditional lease as far as I can tell.
