hey guys, my girl just got a 2006 TL so i decided to join so i could see what and how i could do to mod her car...so far we have in mind is to get a set of type-s tail lights and other little things...ill probably be doing most of the work myself but this will be a learning experience since ive never worked around a honda/acura since i own a nissan maxima...i look forward to ur opinions and thoughts to what i could do to her car

 

welcome,what color? tails are a good start, some led's, drop, aspec kit, rim's. I don't know how crazy you wanna go being as it's not your ride.........

 

she got WDP, i love that color....yea i ordered leds for the interior and license plates...she loves the a-spec kit but i dont know if that would be a possibility, depends how long she keeps the car

 

Aspec kit with 19s and a drop and you are set. Give her the Maxima and take the TL

edit: an a-spec kit is one of the VERY few mod's out there that add's to the value. even if she get's rid of it the a-spec will help the resale ALITTLE.........

lol..yea she loves the a-spec kit but that would come on later down the road if anything
i shall take pics this week
i will have to agree with u on that one...ill put pics of that too when the bulbs come in
the car came tinted already...theres a tear in the rear left window, getting that fixed soon
i agree with that..TLs are sexy in general and ill get her registered soon enough

the map light bulbs were a PITA to get out...luckily she had nails lol

just wondering what kinda leds you used for the plate bulbs? i was also thinking bout doing this in the near future and looking for a blueish looking light bulb. not too blue. but kinda bright/blue like yours. just wondering if anyone could recommend a bulb maybe?
