New 07 TL Owner :D

Proud new owner of an 07 silver TL . Picked it up Saturday fully loaded with Navi and 24,750 miles. Very happy so far with the car and cant wait to get used to all the features. Been reading the forums for a few days now and some things seem interesting, like the "OK" button crack, but I have the white disk Version 4.55. Havn't found too much info on that version but i ll be sure to search around for it. Looking forward to my stay here and im sure i ll have some questions eventuallly.

Matt

Welcome and congrats.

The 4.55 version is the disc your car came with from the factory. There is currently a special going where you can buy the newest version, 4.92, for $99 + tax + shipping. This is a big discount from the usual $185 price, before tax/shipping.

Or, I have a 4.63 disc laying around if you want that upgrade for a bit cheaper.

It's a judgment call. I've been living in my current home for 2.5 years, and my actual physical address didn't show up on the navi until this current update.

congrats! I love the silver with black interior, very classy! I bought that exact same car in April with 19K on it for $21K OTD....but it wasn't certified because the front bumper had been repainted.

Congrats on your TL. Register it at www.myacura.com and store your Navi and Radio codes there for safe keeping. Where in FL are you located?

07+ have a specific compartment for your change? or are you just talking about the second storage bin in the center arm rest? I couldn't find this at all, so I just threw all my loose change in my cup holders.

Look at page 122 in this link:

http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/p...707O00117A.pdf

All 3G TL's, regardless of year have this. If you don't, and you bought your car used, that means the original owner got rid of the coin holder (although I don't see any reason for anyone to do that).

Yep my '06 has this. It wasn't attached to that notch and it was upside down in the center console... took me 2 seconds to figure out what it was, and about 5 seconds to figure out where it was supposed to be.

Welcome! You'll come to appriciate a car that is fast AND is not emberrasing to cruise a chick around in. (jfwy man hehe). Props to you if you are going to cruise around with the little american flag on there

Its a great car and I am sure you'll like modding it here and there like we all do!

Its no SRT in the speed department, but I dont need "speed" now. Im very happy with the cars performance though, still peppy enough to make me smile. The pictures were taken at the dealer, and they took the flags off when they gave me the car lol. Im sure i ll do some things to it eventually, ive been bitten by that bug a long time ago

What's everyone getting fuel milage wise?? I'm a little above half tank and I've only driven around 90 miles.... Seems real low. Havnt gotten into the car either, just normal city driving and a small amount of highway use.
