New 05 TL owner

Hello, im new to the forum. I just got a 05 AT TL a few months ago. Still looking stock. I wanted to get some advice on what i should do first. I am tired of the gap in the wheel well so i'm thinking a drop. I just want to take it down a little to get rid of that big gap but i dont want to have a hortrible ride. I have heard a lot about Tein, Megan, a-spec, H&R, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to AZ I'd go with Tein SS coilovers to you can adjust them.

I used to have the Tein S-Tech on stock Type-S struts. Pretty bouncy, but thats cuz they were on stock struts so I suggest get some good struts to go along with the springs. Right now I'm riding on Tein SS's coilovers and I couldn't be anymore happier. Hope this helps...

PEACE!

^ lol.. what kind of post is that...

Anyways, I just dropped mine with the tein ss' and there great. That's if you wanna cough up 1000-1200 for them. Don't go springs, if you read the thread on what members regret doing the most.. SPRINGS are number one. If you can't afford the tein ss' go with the tein basics or even Megan coilovers.

Sounds like you're descibing a situation for an A-spec suspension. The A-spec is firm but really comfortable for a daily driver. I don't know if there are any left out there for sale? I'm sure you can find some somewhere.
