Why the f would they make a sedan without a fold down rear seat (rigidity?). Stupid regardless. Same year TSX, accord, civic etc all fold down. So now I need to take out only 1 seat back then I should be able to slide my surfboard or snowboard in. Is there a quick way of doing this?

I don't think they come out individually, you have to remove the entire back seat.

Just put the snowboard in the back seat. Mine fits just fine. As for the surfboard - I have to recline the passenger side front seat. Pain in the ass but cheaper than buying a rack.

Yup, the whole seat back comes off as one unit. Yes, it is a pain.

yeah I do the surfboard front seat thing going solo but it's not right if I have someone with me and having them sit in the backseat right behind. That's just messed up. lol

I feel kind of weird when I do that and have my buddy in the back seat.

haha I always ask my friend if he feels like my bitch. "Whatever" as an answer is enough confirmation. I can't ever do with a chick that wants me to take her surfing for the first time.

People already complain of rattles. They would just complain more without the rear seat brace. IMO I would rather have the additional chassis stiffness for the 99% of the time I don't need the rear seats down.
