ok so i was thinking of removing one the exhaust pipes on my tl, making it a single exhaust, and just keeping the other muffler on for looks. would removing the one exhaust pipe cause any problems with my car or exhaust ? has any one done this or seen it before ? i just want to make sure there no problems with doing this thanks for your opinions.

No.. it wont cause problems but IMO it doesn't look good. We have a y-pipe split after the mid muffler so you'd have to remove the y-pipe and get a pipe the same diameter swapped. I believe Scotterson had a single exhaust HKS Can.. I didn't like it because the bumper has two exhaust ports and without the balance it just looks ricey.. Eat rice, don't drive it...
