Need a little help on buying...
So my budget is right around 30-34k MAX OTD. So, as much as I want a new TL, 34k out the door with navi won't happen, so...I'm either getting a new TSX or a used 06 TL. Just trying to decide. I have NEVER bought a used car before, but figured 10k miles, warranty transferrable, acuras good name and longevity, if I was ever going to buy used, I should buy a used Acura right?
Anyways, what do you guys recommend, need Nav for sure. Or if I am going non-nav (if that's what you guys recommend) I would also be considering a 07 G35 and a 07 Lexus IS 250 if you have any opinions on those...

hey i think the Tl would be best i have an 04 NBP and i got it used and it runs perfect. At first i didn't want Navi but now i was wishing i got a carwith navigation in it so now i am thinking of just putting it in myself. ON the MPG aspect of it i get around 17 just city traffic going back and forth to stamford and then an hour into new jersey all smooth highway miles and i reset the computer before i left to see what kid of milage it would give me cause i just recently got it and I averaged 31 MPG which i thought was awesome when i was going about 70-85 the whole time both trips i can only imagine i can get like 34-35 mpg when going about 55-60 MPH

good luck getting a used 07 g35 or a brand new IS250 w/ the same standard features as the TL for 34k OTD. of course, the G and IS have a couple of more features but the TL is the best bang for the buck.
IMHO- you can't go wrong w/ a used TL. oh yeah, get the Navi.

used TL w/ Navi
i drove both the TSX and the TL and you can notice the MAJOR difference (besides the obvious) between the 2. Believe me, you wont regret it.

Get the used TL w/Nav, and if you intend on keeping the vehicle for quite a while, look into the bumper to bumper warranty 'til 7 yr. 100,000 miles. Actually a Certified used TL will add 1 yr 12,000 miles to the 5yr 50,000 mile factory warranty, plus give you up to 7 yr 100,000 mile powertrain coverage. The additional cost warranty will cover everything, or almost everything, from 62K to 100K, plus the roadside assistance etc.
Most of my driving is highway, and the last 3 tanks have been in 27/28 MPG range. This was calculated, not using the MPG computer, but both agreed. In fact, the last fillup was 11.11 gallons, 359 miles-29.6MPG. Not too shabby, but do forget, it needs premium fuel to survive.
The Nav was a lifesaver yesterday driving in an unfamiliar area of West Chester, PA.
