need help with hid fogs!
hey guys, i just recieved my hids for my fogs today...i ran into some problem because the driver side of the fogs turn on but the passenger side doesnt. i checked all the wiring i matched it up (black stock wiring with black hid wiring, and blue stock wiring with red hid wiring). so i decided to switch the wiring i connected the passenger side black with red and black with blue, it started to flicker as i keeping on turnning off and on the fogs the left side of the fogs lights up but the right side doesnt vice versa. i know its not the fuse because i even tried to put in a 20A fuse it still does the same thing.
any help? im frustrated..never had any hid fogs problems with my previous car

You can get a 20 amp relay from really anywhere. SPST relay (IIRC) I usually get them from car audio/video stores as they have them in stock.
Wiring wise, Connect Number 30 to battery (insert fuse in between). Connect Number 85 to Ground. Connect Number 87 to Positive side of HID kit. Connect 86 to Positive side of existing fog wires.

When you get the relay there will be connectors on the relay with numbers next to the connectors

<----no relay and was working fine for 2-3 months. I now have a flicker at times and one side is moody(work's 80% of the time). gonna do relay's asap to avoid a headache as my ebay kit(efxhid) didn't come with them.........
will a relay make it possible to turn on all (heads/fogs) when the car is off and you unlock with them previously on? I really never had enough "juice" to start up all 4 with the car off and didn't wanna keep trying and blow a ballast.....

you can actually order nicely made relays from mobilehid.com... i think they're $40
it all has to do with the amount of wattage being consumed.... trust me on this, get some type of relay in there, it will eliminate all problems
