The effort, labor cost to properly fix the silver one is not worth it, when compared to new OEM price, found locally. The re'maned, you don't know what's under the primer, could be just primer (usually crappy primer), could be a huge skim coat of filler glaze . Sometimes you can spot repairs from the inner side.

I recommend new OEM, super easy to prep for paint, no shipping when bought locally. No crappy low quality primer, unknown repairs, filler (bondo), no deformations. When I think of value and quality, fit & finish, the difference is not worth it when comparing, used/re-maned to new OEM.

is this worth it? or shuld i bite the bullet and buy the 350 dollar one from acura

The aftermarket fender should be fine. Just do a test fit before paint to check the gaps/panel alignment.
