Exclamation Need help with A=Spec. and my 06 6MT.

I picked up a 2006 black 6MT with NAV with about 8K miles on it. Car is super clean, I also got my 100K 7 year ext as well.

I would like to know if the speed springs shocks are the same as A-spec. the reason I am asking is because I took my car in to get sub looked at and they gave me a 2006 TL Auto as a loaner car. Now I after driving around going over the same roads and dips, the Auto had a much softer ride and did not take turns as fast my 06 MT6 did. Am I missing something here because my car 6MT has much better road feel and goes through turns like glue.

I starting to think that the guy who had it before me maybe had the A-spec setup installed on the car before he gave it up.

Is there anyway for to tell if I have A-spec setup on my car? and what do look for.

Also my car looks a little bit lower then auto did as well.

Thanks guys.

from what i understand (i am not a TL owner, but will be soon) is that the manual TL's stiffer suspension along with brembo brakes over the autos, so your springs should be right in the middle of auto springs and aspec springs.

look at the steering wheel. The A spec steering wheel has silver palm linings, thicker wheel, and blue stitching.

Can the dealer change the Aspec package? I think mine does! I got 2 sets of rims and tires. But no Aspec steering wheel. I wonder how I can find out??? I would LOVE to get the carbon fiber wheel....
