hey guys... im having a problem with my navi. heres the problem... whenever i get the voice feed back...the sound cracks...pretty much i cant even give voice commands as well because of this. any help would be appreciated

 

are you still under warranty? the navigational voice, i think, only comes through the center speaker above the navigation. i'd imagine that that would be a pain to replace by yourself - probably have to take out the entire dash. but then again, if you can't give voice commands, it could be a software issue...or the mics may be blown (they're up top by your map lights). blown fuse? probably not, but it's a possibility...err maybe they're damaged? i'm no pro...others will chime in sorry and good luck!
