You can use the cloth that it came with.
You can also buy the eye glass cleaning wipes & spray along with eye glass cloth. They can be purchased at places like Walmart.
This stuff is good for plastic eye glasses & computer screens.
This is what I have ben using on my Navi inmy 2000TL for almost 4years now.

micro fiber
I use a micro fiber cloth. No liquid of any kind, just the cloth.
When I bought my portable DVD player I came across a website that mentioned using one of these cloths for cleaning dust and oily finger prints from the screen. You'll be amazed at how easily the fingerprints come off. I got a 3-pack of micro fiber cloths at Target and I use the one with the smallest fibers. I keep it in the armrest storage compartment.
Trust me, this is all you need.

03 TL with NAVI came with a light blue colored cloth (1 of many items Acura cut corners on the 04) to clean the NAVI screen. On the bag is the instruction: "The cleaning cloth is made of special material designed to clean the Video screen WITHOUT the need of liquid cleaners. Should it be necessary, a small amount of COMPUTER VIDEO SCREEN CLEANER can be used for better result (grease from finger prints). When it becomes dirty, the cloth can be washed & re-used."

I would NOT use paper towals or paper anything (or strong cleaning chemicals) on the screen. Your screen has an anti-glare coating. You will wear it off. I have a '99 TL Navi and only used the included "rag"...and very rarely some video display cleaner (with video cleaner towals). But after 3 years some of the anti-glare coating came off. I heard of one guy who put a clear protector sheet (like they have for Palm Pilots) over his screen. Good idea. And FYI, it's NOT a touch screen...there are LEDs around the edge of the screen, you finger blocks the photo beams to create input. You don't actually have to touch the screen to input selections...

!"Bought a micro fiber cloth to clean PC LCD ... works great for Navi screen also .... under $10.00 at Office Depot / Staples."
Absolutely correct Sir!
The Micro Fiber cloth is the same cloth used to clean digital camera and camcorder screens as well and works like a charm. Simply amazing and ALL you will ever need to keep your Navi-Screen looking like NEW

I've used a non-ammoniated window cleaner and a soft Bounty paper towel. I sprayed the cleaner on the paper towel and then very gently cleaned the screen. The cleaner I used is the type approved for window tinting.
I would only use Bounty towels, as they are very soft and I've never had them scratch even the softest items. Also, I would avoid ammoniated cleaners (standard Windex).
I was also careful not to spray the cleaner on the screen directly. I was concerned that liquid would run down the screen and into the electronics for the screen.

TL-SHAWD 6MT Rocks!
Radio Shack sells a laptop cleaning kit with a spray and a special blue cloth that will not scratch any screen...
that 's what I use since I had my 99TL, 00TL and now 04TL.

Thebest way not to worry about cleaning the Nav is getting the screen protector!
www.strongengineering.com
part AN700 Made for the TL!
there was a size problem but they have that worked out now and it fits PERFECT.
These things do not bubble, and are not loaded with glue (VERY light glue only around the edges).
If the protector gets dirty, which it doesnt, you can always put on a new one
