Clean out as much of the material as you can (still not convinced its sweet potato!). Make up some Woolite solution and clean with a MF towel. If there is any staining left, pick some Yellow Stuff from the AutoZone (or similar) or you can use carpet cleaner stuff. Spray it on, let it soak and dab it back up. It should remove most of it.

Thanks! This happened back in June of '10. I managed to get all of it out after MULTIPLE attempts with Folex and Febreze Auto.
