My seats suck!
My car has only 24k miles and my seats look terrible. Any possible way I can get them covered under warranty for premature wear? I know some people have had success in the past but I am not sure if this is "normal" wear. I treat the leather with meguiars leather lotion every other week. I am not overweight either.
And a recent picture of my car. What do you guys think?

I searched and found this. https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/warranty-leather-seats-686904/ My passenger seat which barely gets any use has the same spots which I thought was dirt but in fact is fading. I will try to get some pictures of that soon. That guy has 45k on his seats and apart from the fading they look much better then my seats with 24k.

On an '08, maybe. Is it still under the "Bumper-to-Bumper" new warranty? If so, there's always a chance.
As far as creases, wrinkles, etc. in the leather: Ever own a good leather jacket? It's the wearing of it that creates creases, wrinkles and wear that makes it look good. Why would leather seats (wear-wise) be any different?

Use a mr clean magic sponge and you can make those seats look almost new again. Dont scrub too hard as those erasers are a light abrasive, and be sure to use a quality leather conditioner when your done. You will puke when you see what those sponges get off your seats. Your crazy for thinking the dealership is going to replace seats covers because they are dirty. Maybe they will recommend you clean your pants more often.
Get the sponge, you will be amazed at what they will look like. They are available anywhere I get mine at walmart.

Not with a 10' pole.
Our seats have a thin coating over the dyed leather surface. I wouldn't touch 'em with anything stonger than a mild detergent (like Woolite and water). You remove that coating layer and your seats are toast.

This is my passenger seat. For reference, this is a seat that "sucks". Not sure if the previous owner's wife was large or what, but the leather is so wrinkly. Looks like effing elephant skin. So I just don't look at it and its all good.
Driver's seat is alright though.

^Wow my passenger seat looks like that too, manages to look wrinkly but not as much as yours. I use 3D professional Liquid Leather. It gives it a nice matted finish not the oil shiny crap.
When I first bought my car from the previous owner, sadly she was a smoker. leather seats were dark with dirt and shiny. but eventually all came off, my seats looked so much brighter in color. But since I used a cleanser to get all that gunk off. Used the Liquid Leather product which left it soft and protected.

Leather is going to wear, period.
There are two things you can do to slow it down/mask it.
1. Condition regulary.
2. Redye from time to time.
A good upholstery shop will be able to match your interior color dead on as far as the dye goes. The process usually runs ~80 to 100 bucks.
