My first service is due. The MID shows that I only need the A service not the A1. Anyone has only the A service show up for their first service?

How many miles on the speedo? If you have about 4,000 miles, you will get the A and not the 1. I can't tell for sure but I think the 1 for tire rotation comes up around 7,000+ miles.

I had 6,700 when I changed my oil, and 15% left, so I didn't get either A or 1.

Same happened to me. First service was an 'A' , not an 'A1'. Just an oil change and checks. The second service was an 'A1' at about 7900.

Did my first service when MID displayed A1 due with just under 5K on it. Currently have 70% with about 6800 on the odo.

MID displayed A1 at 5,300 miles and oil < 15%. I took it in today, had the oil changed and tire rotation done for $27.58

My first 3rd gen TL displayed A1 for my first service.

I have a little over 4K miles right now.

I got 4200 miles, <15% oil life and I got the A1 service. Never even gave me an "A" service.
