My encounter with a 335i

So i was cruising and notice a nice black 335i weaving in and out of traffic so i stay with him in the lane without any cars so i don't have to weave. Eventually he changes lanes in front of me by about 3 to 4 carlengths and jams it, i do the same and, both going about 80. I was already in 3rd gear when we both floor it, and I don't gain any or lose any, we remain a good 3 to 4 carlengths from eachother. Pretty even race from 80-100. I had to take my exit shortly after this so i couldn't play any more, but i was pretty proud of my P, since 335i's run 13's in the 1/4 mile. I'm guessing that he wasn't fully WOT or in the wrong gear since he should of pulled a lot more.

I can't tell if that is sarcasm or not...but i clearly stated that he was probably not WOT or wasn't in the best gear. I don't have any plans to SC.

Cool, I should have a UR pulley in when E$ opens the shop again so the arms race can continue. Also getting the RSB, since Magister beat me to yours.

Care to divulge the new toy. You have everything but the SC.

Yea, nowadays, so many autos are faster than their manual versions. I think that's the weakest link of the TL, its AT is just too slow.

but thats crazy 335i can do 300lb foot @ 1400 rpm ( motor trend) but people dynoed it stock @ 340-360 @ 1400 RPM just because they didnt want the 335i to seem faster than the new m3..those things arent a joke..are u sure a TL-P can keep up with that?
