My car is possesed!!

Yesterday I went out to get into my car to go to work and was shocked to find all the windows completely down as well as the sunroof totally open!!!!!!!!!! WTF Its been really cold here and I havn't even had my drivers side window down even a little bit, let alone the other three and the sunroof??? What could have caused this?? Was it a computer glitch?? I am thankful that it did not happen 1 night sooner as we got like 3 inches of rain.

Any ideas??

Maybe, in your pocket the unlock button got jammed. All windows and sunroof would open.

Damn, you guys are fast!! I had no idea that by perhaps accidentally holding the unlock button for a few seconds would result in everything being opened? Thats seems pointless and as in my case, potentially very dangerous. Thanks for clearing that up.

I did know how you can close all the windows by using the actual key in the door and holding it all the way left for a few seconds to close anything that is left open.

I"m surprised by how many people aren't aware of this feature, it's been around a while, and is spreading pretty quickly to almost all cars now. It works great on letting pent up hot air out of the car in the summer as you're walking up to it.

you know whats weird....just last month I was able to close all the windows of my car by using the lock button on the remote. I can only close them if I opened them using the unlock, now I cant close them.....I read the manual today and it says Im not able to do close them using the lock button and so did other threads regarding this topic...I wonder why I was able to do it last month...grrrrrr...is there a sequence of pressing?

You need to hold down the unlock button for a reasonable amount of seconds with pressure for the windows to roll down all the way?
