Moving this to the Insane Laughing Forum.
Just kidding. We all know how you must feel. Congratulations on finally getting it (this afternoon).
Tell us more later. Calm down.

Immediate delivery?
I just got mine on Saturday. But the dealer needed 4 days to prep it for me after it got off of the truck, so I had to pick it up a week later than I wanted. Interesting that they can prep yours within a day.

Mine rolled off the truck at 4pm on a Friday and I picked it up at 7pm the same day.
Was yours at the end of a month? Maybe they had already made their quota and were saving it for the next month.

PREP
There is protective material that comes on the car when it is shipped from the manufacturer. During a new vehicle prep, a tech removes plastic from the seats, floorboards, LCDs and other areas. A quick inspection is made. Fluids are checked. The car is started and driven very briefly- it may be around the parking lot or around the block. I would expect the car would be washed and depending on the dealer, maybe even waxed. I had a friend that worked at Dodge and his dealer's spec for NVP (New Vehicle Prep) time was around .6 hours, but this did not include waxing the car, signing papers, and other things such as putting in your all weather mats, mud guards, etc...
I spent 6 hours at the dealership the day I bought my car. This was from the time I stepped on the lot, to the time I drove off with my car...negotiations and paperwork took the longest.
