Well, my 3G journey was ended late last week courtesy of a merging semi. Luckily speed was low and nobody was hurt, though my car is toast. At almost 208k it had a great life, and a mechanic at the dealer where I’ve bought my new ride is planning to buy the wreck to salvage the replacement engine, interior, and all of the other recent parts I’ve put in.
Here’s the post-wreck carnage:
I’ll be picking up a lightly used BMW 328xi coupe on Weds as a replacement.... but maybe a 4G TL in my future?
