Has there been any test drives in Car and Driver, Road and Track or MotorTrend?'

Anyone know of any other upcoming shows that'll have the TL coming up?

Found this in an article on cnnmoney. The article is about the TSX which Money Magazine named the Best New Car for 2004. But they also mention the TL.

http://money.cnn.com/2003/11/10/pf/a..._TSX/index.htm

This is taken from the article.

If you simply must have more room or power, the impressive new Acura TL delivers a larger back seat, a sweet 270-horsepower V-6 engine and a vast array of luxury -- including a ground-breaking DVD surround-sound audio system that blows away conventional CD-based units. All for $33,200, loaded. Consider the TL the second half of a well-turned double play for Acura in 2004.

Glad some people watch MotorWeek that show is out of this area Washington/Baltimore. I took a class for car owners & auto mechanics last month. The instructor was Pat Goss from MotorWeek. This guy knows everything about cars, trucks motorcycles. He is only on Motorweek for a few mins but here he has his own TV show & 3 hour twice a week radio show. He has his own shop& maneges a larg FORD dealerships shop. He says HONDA & TOYATA cars are most common in his shop that is next door to the FORD. This guy is like GOD when it comes to car maint.
He told us how they test the cars from MotorWeek & get to see all the new stuff before the public does. He siad he woud be at the SEMA show doing something .

Cool! I've been watching it for a while now. I think I watch every car related show that comes on TV. Especially these magazine style ones.

I know there was a thread about this topic before, but did he give you some tips on the best way to "break in" an engine of a car?

Nope that we did not cover in the class.
Only thing we covered close to that is that you could change to the synthetic oil on your first oil change or anytime after that.
