More Vibration [new EL-42]

Configuration
New EL-42's
High-speed balanced
64 degrees

Situation
Driving to work two days ago, it was raining steadily, and my car was vibrating like a self-pleasure device.

So now I'm really not sure what the f&(*#@$#@k is going on. Dry weather - smooth as glass. Wet weather? El vibrateur...

So next time it rains, grab a friend, get naked in the car, and have a good time. Got lemons, make lemonade.

Was it smooth-riding before this day? If so, there's a possiblility one of your wheel weights was thrown off. Maybe getting wet helped this process. Whoever balanced your tires and wheels should "guarantee" their work for a while at least. Note that these wheels use tape weights, I believe, which do stick well if installed to a clean wheel.

One thing I noticed even on my repalcement LS-Z is that they seem to break in a bit. After a week I noticed a slight vibration aroun 75 and went back to get them re-balanced on the Hunter 9700 and while they were dead on originally one tire was now .5 oz off. I am going to put about 2k on them then get them re-done again. Goodyear here has $15 a tire lifetime road force balancing.
