Metric Conversion

Does anyone know if there is a jumper, dip switch or anything that can be adjusted to change the displays from metric to imperial?

which display are you talking about? Nav or MID. I know the Nav can be changed but not sure about the MID

Navi can adjust this unit by selecting the setup feature... MID should only have the factory setting, except you're in Canada...
