I live in anne arundel county, maryland. What are the laws here (or where can I look up laws for) :

Cleared Headlights (on 2005 TL)
Front Plates
Tint

I have only lived here a few months, and a search hasn't helped me figure it out on google, so I thought maybe some of you had looked into it before.

I'd like to clear the lights and take the front plate off ideally, but not at the expense of paying fines later.

I googled maryland tinting laws, which gave me a hit on Maryland Window Tint Law at http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/MD/

Tint cannot be darker than 35% .....You must have a front plate ( but since i purchased my car out of state i tell them they only gave me one tag ) You can have clear headlights but your turn signal better be amber .........

I had no front plate on my TL for the first 4 months or so. MTA police got me right next to the airport. The officer was very nice, gave me a warning, and said that MTA cops look specifically for cars without front tags since that is a tell tale sign of a stolen car. I still haven't quite figured out that logic, but being that I work right next to the airport and see about 5 MTA police a day, I decided to avoid any hassle and put the front tag on.

He didn't say a word about my tint. I have 20% all around, except for the windshield.
