Does Acurazine have any vendors located in California or anyone that can recommend a good place that is affordable in So-Cal I can get a few parts of my grill Painted Black so it can be black chrome.?

I'm not sure what your looking to do, but a few of us painted our grill body color. I would check out the grill thread where you'll find some great ideas!

I am still waiting on reaXion to hook all this up. He supposedly found someone here in dallas to static plate them.
I talked to him a few weeks ago and he told me he has some 500 emblems for all Acuras. All different color chromed. Then he told me he totaled his TL.
He hasnt tried to get back with me at all. So Im not sure what to believe at this point.
I sent some emblems to Alex that darksom1 just posted about. We will have to get with him about vendor rights before we go any further with him...

I think ur car looks great, have your front grille painted NBP, and the grey plastic piece painted as well, it looks better if you have it all done, and take your REAR trim above the licence plate that is silver as well in, so u dont have to keep going back, and it will in the end up being cheaper
so to sum this up, take your whole 3 front grille pieces, and the grey plastic, and take your rear trim above ur licence plate in, and have it painted to the body, it will look sweet bro ! woot

Its easy for an auto paint store to mix you exact match paint by maker code
You can buy touch up paint that way or in spray cans from them depending on color
Most small body shops are happy to take a small quick job- bead blast or sand prep the plastics and shoot a few coats- simple
I always take a box of donuts in the morning when going to discuss or drop off parts- and bring a popsicles in the afternoon to pick up. Gets me amazing low prices according to members here. And now- I saw a local car show-radio show thing happening, just pulled my car right into the display line <g> and popped the hood.
A guy asked about painting the calipers and brackets, then gave me his card and offered to paint any small bits on Saturdays, to avoid his grandchildren lol
He paints bulldozers and big stuff-and has a sandblaster cabinet big enough for any underhood panel.
Now, with the arrival of thermoblock spacer and the removal of the intake: the question is to polish the intake manifold or just take it to him and see what comes back
OMG its tractor yellow!!! oh - he was asking about caliper painting ideas for his C6 vette

Kosstick, Just call a few shops. If it's a reputable shop and not some corner shithole you won't have any problem with them matching the paint. It won't take them that long to do it either. I paid $210 for the front and $20 for the rear license plate trim. My V -Trim on the grille is also painted, make sure they do it on yours as well, if not that light gray will look like shit next to the NBP grille.
Send us pics when you get it done. Check out the grille thread and you might find more ideas!
