Maintence Quiestions
Hello guys i have a 04 Acura TL 6MT. It's currently at the 61k mark, had some quiestions on which Maintence needs to be done to keep it running smooth.
-Oil change comming up(Which is best oil to use)
-tranny fluid(Which to buy and how many qts/how hard for DIY)
-Spark plugs( i know they are due later , but still might do them sooner)
-Brembo Pads replacement- (Which best pads to use)
Any Info will be Appreciated.

Alex, at 60K mi you want to replace the coolant, otherwise refer to your owners manual for things you need to take care of. No need to replace spark plugs before 100K, waiste of $.
Acura dealer uses 5w-20 grade engine oil

Dont get GM fluid unless your car has a problem with popping out 3rd gear. I had a few occasions, and the dealer put in an updated manual tranny fluid instead, totally cured the problem.
