hi. well i just bought my tl and i shop around varies acura dealers for the best price, service, and everything else. I was not only looking for the best price but the best service, to get me in and out with a life long acura sales manager.
Contact this guy and tell him Michael Fernandes with the 2006 red acura tl sent you. He will know who i am since he has the same exact car color, and interior color. hehe..
Contact him and deal with him.

I tried to buy from Weir Canyon and talked directly with this guy Bruce. He was nice, but he was $1500-$2000 higher than Acura of Glendale. Try Heidi - she was very helpful along with the other sales staff.

I bought my '05 in February 2005.

Make sure you get a quote for the 'out the door' price!!!

Bruce can get it for $32,200 about with nav and auto and some extras. Its a little more then some others, but for me its more of customer service, and how local the dealer is to me. He gave you a price of $2,000 higher?... well just shop around email, call, etc you will find a good dealer. I shop 7+ dealers and some dealers had the exact car in stock, some did not, some wanted to charge more, some were rude, some offered me to low for my trade in, some gave me high blood. hehe... I could have gotten the car for about $31,500+tax etc but not with a trade in.

I got mine from Planet Acura in Downey. I live in Sherman Oaks but it was well worth the drive since I got my NBP/Ebony w/ Nav and body side moldings for 31,578 including destination. Customer service was top notch and since the price was agreed on via email there was no wasted time at the dealer.

my friend bought a car from plant a while ago. i was going to buy my tl from plant but they took forever to email me. back, and when i called to deal he was not in.. hehe

Aiming $31500 at least, if they don't want the business, just walk away! Trust me, they will come back and beg you for the deal (especially during the last week of the month)! As long as the car is on their lot, they got pressure to move it.

I got mine in the end of July from the sales who earlier refused to offer me the the price I want. When he called me again, I just threw out the number, told him take it or leave it.... And I got the deal.

I'm in the bay area, but I believe dealers in LA are more competitive and you can always get a better deal! Good luck guys!!

I tried those jerks at Planet in Downey. They jerked me around. That Heidi at Glendale tried to hold me up for 32,500, as did Weir Canyon. Best offers were from the dealers in Torrance and the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica- both at 31,500. But.........they were too far for me to drive back & forth so I bought mine at Thomas in Covina for 32k, incl splash, tray, etc. That's the 2nd TL I've bought from them in 3 1/2 yrs. - they've always treated me like a king w/loaners, touch-up paint, etc. so I'm happy with 'em. Of course, it has nav!

I'm sorry it didn't work out for you at Downey. Did you deal with the internet sales dept. or a regular sales guy? I dealt with internet sales and had no problem. Like I said in my earlier post I did it all through email and when I came in I had the printouts just in case but didnt even need it as the price was set!
