Looking for nice all weather mats

I recently got a 2005 TL and am looking for a set of nice quality and nice looking all weather mats so I can preserve the originals. Does anyone have any suggestions? Websites, retail stores, etc...

Thanks!

I'm not sure what your budget is but I have Weathertech mats in both my MDX and my TL. I have been very satisfied with them. Check them out at weathertech.com

The Acura Factory all weather rubber mats are very nice. You can usually find them on ebay for a decent price.

I bought my Berber mats at mats4less.com and with free shipping. They also carry all weather mats too.

I got my genuine Acura all-season mats off of Ebay for a pretty good price. Also got my trunk tray off of ebay as well. Good luck,

The Acura Factory All Season Mats are higher quality than weathertech. The Acura ones have steel belts in them to make sure they don't warp, and they are very heavy duty. The best part would be theat they will be an exact fit and mount to the hooks already in you car.

The OEM Acura mats are the best, imho. You may find cheaper, but probably not by much, and you get what you pay for.

The OEM mats fit perfectly. For the amount we pay for the TL ($35k), getting OEM mats is a no brainer.

I bought a set long time ago .. 1993 fron Walmart .. they were branded Kraco at the time .. look like Weathertech. I have had them in every vehicle since all year round and they are very flexible and still like new .. Fronts and back I think in todays $$ are about $30 .

I recently bought the all-season floor mats from www.hondacuraworld.com site for $106.65. (Only had to pay the Handling fee, no shipping fee). I should be receiving them today or tomorrow.

You should check that site out!!

I am debating whether I should leave the OEM rubber mats on top of the carpeted OEM mats in the winter months. Snow and road salt will do a job on the carpet, and it may not be a bad idea removing the carpeted mats and put them in the garage during the winter. What do yall think?

I dont think theres a reason to have the rubber mats on top of the carpeted mats period. Thats just asking for faster wear and tear + more places for mold to grow if water gets in there.

Agreed. I would go with one or the other but not both at the same time. I keep my all-seasons in all year long. The stock carpeted mats are sitting in my basement.

The OEM all weather mats are nice, but they don't keep water from rolling down the mat onto your car carpeting. I saw some nice deep cupped ones for the X6 that held water and crap from rolling underneath your seat. They were expensive, but well worth the price, don't think they make them for the TL though..

I bought the OEM TL mats on eBay - scored a deal with a seller who also offered the trunk tray as a bundled package deal.

Does anyone use the trunk tray along with the cargo nets? I hate to go cutting holes in the tray being brand new and all but it seems it's one or the other...........any ideas on both? Has anyone cut the trays so they could use the nets?

Don't cut the tray. Simply unscrew the posts that hold the net and use the screw to pierce the tray right where you screw it in. You create a very small hole that is then sealed once you screw it down. If you were to spill something liquid it would not get through and hit the trunk carpet.

Perfect solution - I'm way to OCD to cut holes into the tray.....LOL. I'm even looking for another small cargo net for the other side since I don't have NAV I can hook one up on each side !! Anal huh.........
