Looking for headlight guy at Acurazine

I am interested in getting my headlight blacked out..n i am looking for someone who can do it for me...i know JnC is the headlight guy..but for some reasons he is not replying msg..(maybe he earn enough haha jkjk) so can someone tell me who else i should look for. Thank you so much
