it's me, Alan Rickman.
It's got the front lip, not an expert but it looks like it has the A-Spec side skirts, I don't see the rear A-Spec addition, and it definately doesn't have the "true" a-spec setup other wise it would be sitting on 18's
Rear seats look a little more worn than average; looks like there are a lot of wrinkles n such but if the guy/gal has kids that might explain it
Run a car fax for sure, it will give you an added piece of mind
Drive it of course and make sure it feels right
Check under the hood and verify the original fender welds and such are in place and not disturbed; and naturally look for signs of repaint or body part replacement [body gaps not aligned correctly]
25,900 is a great price for an 06.. considering my 40k 04 w/ nav was $24k.. it's not salvage is it?

Check the damage to the rear to see what might be involved. The right tailpipe is bent and pushed into the bumper. Might have had the rear A Spec and with the accident it was removed. Could always buy the rear piece, straighten or replace the exhaust, but it still will incur some dollars.
Other than that the car looks clean, but why no tags?
Remember that all the body panels have the vin number, so check for any replacement and definitely run a Carfax, although it's not a guarantee the car hasn't had any body/paint work performed.
Good luck

It appears the car has the front lip and decklid spoiler as add-ons, without the A-Spec side skirts, wheels or suspension.
The rear right tailpipe does look like it was pushed over to the right a tad- have someone check the underside of the car, and the rest of it, if you don't have experience with spotting body repairs.
Drive it before making any offer. G/L!

looks like the car had the rear section fixed. that right exhaust doesnt look right. i think this car has been involved in an accident.
i dont think carfax would be any help if this car was fixed independently and not filed in the system.
id look elsewhere. somethins is definitely not right with this car.
