Location of Yaw Rate Sensor-2008 TL

Does anyone know where the Yaw Rate Sensor (p/n 39960-SLJ-003) is located on a 2008 TL? Is it difficult to replace?
I need to replace it to correct a VSA issue.
Thank you.
Gene

The service manual shows it as being under the center console in front of the shifter area. You will have to take the center console apart, but it's not a bad job, lots of screws and some clips.

bringing up an old one but wanted to know if this fixed your issue when you replaced the Yaw sensor? Did you have to get it reset or did it reset itself? Mine was just diagnosed at the dealer and they wanted $900 to fix it (part is $600 itself). I'm looking for cheaper options and thinking about getting a used one as an option.
