To get the link right, right click on the part of the actual link and copy paste into address bar, and than copy the rest (which is not a link and doesn't highlight) and paste it after the part u pasted before..

IT is the same pics we have seen.

Try this one:

http://www.hondanews.com/forms/event...html?kw=03sema

This brings you to a main menu of SEMA acura/honda cars, then select the first link for the TL A-Spec.

Wow, $5k not installed, hope you got your loans ready for that package, and yes, the wheels are 18"x8.5" for those who wondered! Too bad the car looks like the regular aero kit!

Notice the rear badge (yet no photo of the steering wheel)

Untill i Read the article and just looking at the picture's with the $5000 tag i was very Unimpressed.

Then the article lists the additions the TL A-SPEC package will include:

High performance, track-tuned shocks and springs
Performance brake pads (automatic transmission-equipped models)
Lightweight 18x8.5 alloy wheels
High performance Yokohama 235/40-R18 95W tires
Choice of deck lid or rear wing spoiler
Aero kit
A-SPEC steering wheel
A-SPEC badging

Now all prices are MSRP as stated on the acrua web site.
18" Alloy Wheels = $1,516.00
Side Under Body Spoiler = $415.00
Rear Under Body Spoiler = $329.00
Front Under Body Spoiler = $329.00
Wing Spolier = $499.00
or
Deck Lid Spoiler = $399.00

Comming to a total of = 2,759
(give or take 100 on spoiler)

Aproximatly 5,000 for package not including instalation
MSRP 5,000
-2,759
This Leaves about $$ 2,241 for the Shocks, Springs, steering wheel, Badging, Brake pads.

I'll be interested when when more information concerning stiffer ride feel, feedback, handeling, and brakeing distance changes from standard to the A-Spec from the package.
for the TL and hope this gives it just that little extra.

Too bad the photos are choped with the A-Spec badge on the back and doesn't even have the right tires (has Dunlop SP9000, not the Yoko AVS ES100).

Also notice the missing red brake pads that were shown on the A-spec car in SF at the managers meeting (plus it does not look lowered).

Acura marketing at its best!

Anyone know yet if they'll break up the package? All I'll probably be interested in are the shocks and springs.

Guess i did huh, so that would make them cost about $145 x4 for about $ 580. im not gonna bother for the differnce between the new tires and the old tires. But that takes out another chunk of the budget.

i guess i just assumed that with the $1,516.00 you were given the silly tires rather then gettin the old tires that don't fit the new rims. anyways time for

still seems odd that with the acura web site it lets you select the new rims but doesn't mention extra for the new tires neccicary for the new rims
