License Plate Search
Well i was wondering if anyone knew how to find an owners name threw his License plate number. for some reason this car passes by my house real slow for the past couple of days, and i wanted to know the owners name and adress. If anyone can help me please right back. the license plate number is LD29P in the state of Florida.

Pkim05 is on the right track. You can give the police the license plate number and they can check it out, but they won't tell you who the owner is. I am not sure the DMV will give you the info but you can call them and ask.
You can also google "license plate search" and find lots of places that will give you the information for a fee.
