I saw some guys here that have their license plate on the lest side of their lip.. anyone know where I can purchase the relocator?

I'm pretty sure it is a custom job. A few zip ties will be the easy solution.

However, this is illegal in most states that require front & back plates.
I def. know it's illegal in NY, which is a shame, TLs have a beautiful front, but it's hidden behind this hideous license plate frame.

naw man it isn't illegal in new york to relocate your plate, if it were why do evo's have them on the side

I had similar setup in my 2G, I got a few tickets just for that.

I wish I knew for sure, maybe the cops were just being dicks. Where can we get the info where it is legal or not for sure?

Contact the DMV via email. I just sent them an email asking if front plates were required in TX and they replied within 2 days. Same thing when i was asking about custom plates on a leased car.
