is price an issue? those 2 cars are in different classes. think you should be comparing the new 2006 IS350 to the 330 instead. in that case i would take the IS over the 330 anyday with or without the awd which to me is no big deal.

We dont want a Audi, Price is not a big deal but trying to stay within like 50k. Has to be front wheel or AWD AT.

have you considered the new Infiniti M35 AWD then? basically going to be about the same starting price as the GS 300 AWD. however i think its a better bargain because the M is infiniti's flagship and you will be getting a good deal of car for the same amount of money you pay for the lexus. i personally think the new M looks very hot and luxurious.

The M35x is the better car compared to the Lexus and BMW.

Also consider the RL which comes with SH-AWD. The car can be had around $47k now.

The GS 330 AWD competes with the 5-series/M35X/Acura RL/Audi a6, not the 330. Secondly, a bit off topic for a 3rd gen TL forum.......

I would not get the GS300 since in a year or so the GS350 will be coming out, and you'll be kicking yourself.
