Lemon Lawed my TL

After a year of dealing with the 5th gear vibs and the garbage tires Acura gave us, along with the fact that a stubborn rep from Smithtown wasn't smart enough to just put me in a new one as I asked, Acura loses a customer and has to eat it and refund my money.
I will miss everything else about the TL and sorry to leave the Zine family. Maybe when the next Gen comes out I may consider coming back. Good Luck Guys and Girls...........

So what are you looking to replace the TL with?

I had a terrible experience with my dealer during the buying process (they lost any possibility of ever selling to me again in the future), but the car itself has been wonderful. No issues other than the crappy stock tires, but I'm just going to deal with them until the tread is gone.

I'm not sure if my next car will be an Acura or not. If it is, I will purchase from a different dealer next time.

I can relate to the dealer issue. They wonder why they're perceived as one step above Lawyers
Been looking at many possible cars from the G35, Audi, Caddy CTS, and the BMWs.
Either way I'll have to decide soon.

hmm thats a hard choice, even harder now...

- the CTS is pretty ugly and small (if you dont think the exterior is ugly - you HAVE to agree that the intrioir IS)
- Audi's arnt very reliable, interior is meeeh - although theyre built and handle pretty well
- this is the first year of production of the new gen 3 series - and are already bmws least realiable of them all (i have a 04 530i) - and if you dont get nav, it looks like a civic inside

the other choice would be the G35 - but theres really no point now because the 07 G35 is brand new

and if youre more for comfort and luxury the new ES looks MUUUUCH better than the previous gen - and the Lexus IS is also pretty nice ; but i cant stand Lexus nav (you have to be in park to use it)

... if it were me i'd probably wait it out till the new G35 comes out

Thanks for your Justin. No matter what I decide it's not going to have the annoying Vibs I had before. I'll make the small compromises I have to for the peace of mind but I'll be the first to admit I like the styling of the TL best.
