I already have the red illuminated sills, and led lighting by the pedals for driver and passenger.

I plan on buying 2x wled-r5 red lights to replace the current lights on the passenger and driver side.


I was wondering since im ordering them now, if i should pick up some other lights to enhance my car =).

some things i would be interested in is:

License plate lights,
trunk lights
and any other things you can suggest.

If you guys can leave the model number of the led light from superbrightleds that would be great.

theres a big led thread on this topic - you may get some ideas from there. i think trunk light is almost useless since its rarely used, but it is cheap and i can suggest get all the lights you want at one time.

my fav on my car are my reverse lights

i saw the led thread, but that was on a different website from superbrightleds. I was wondering what led light mods people bought from superbrightleds.

I was wondering the same thing. As in exact names/item numbers for each light. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to LEDs and what fits and what doesn't, etc.

I ordered the red door lights and really like them. I also did a brighter light inside the center console storage and the trunk light-very nice! I didn't do the license plate upgrade, but it's very popular.

I ordered from Oznium.com with good results. I'm hoping to do their new LED's for the headlights in the next couple of months. We will be clearing out the amber part of the headlights and installing the LED's-for the "Audi style" look.

Not sure you can get them anymore. We had a vendor here that sold them, but he's not a vendor here now. Perhaps someone can chime in if there's another source.

yea so far ive only found red/blue illuminated door sills for the a 2001-2003 tl but im not sure if theyll fit on my cl, plus theyre pretty old threads and illuminated doorsills look so much better then normal aluminum ones

There is no one who makes them anymore. There was someone on the site who was hopefully going to try to make them again. But haven't heard from him in a while.
