LED lights

Searched but could not find. I want to change my interior lights to led lights. My question is do the LED lights dim slowly like the bulbs or do they just turn off? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Don't worry about them dimming, it takes an awful AWFUL long time for LED's to burn out/dim, especially in the capacity that they are being used inside the TL. Typically the life of an LED is measured in the time that it takes for that LED to reach half brightness... (similar to how LCD life is given alot)

I just spent 90 seconds staring at mine in the parking lot at work. They definitely fade to off like the regular bulbs do.

Thanks guys. I will be doing this soon. I was thinking of doing all the lights blue like the instrument cluster. I just didn't want to do it if they did not dim slowly like the stock bulbs do. Now I have a weekend project. Thanks.

Yeah, my wife called me from St. Pete to tell me how great the weather was down there, 75 and sunny. She really made my day!
