I always thought it was the "Friction Modified" stuff with the part number 12377916.
However; it was rebranded to ACDELCO Model Number 10-4014(88900399)

(it has the same part number as your original post) BUTTTTT!!!!!!in your amazon link it doesnt say MODIFIED FRICTION.
WHICH IS KEY!

and plus, there are cheaper sources to find the juice than amazon.
I think I paid 12bux per bottle as opposed to amazons 16!

It's in that ball park (2.3q I think) but you should really fill until it starts to weep out of the fill hole with the car level. There's a bolt with a 10mm head on it a few inches up from the MTF drain plug. Take it out and that's the fill hole where MTF will weep from when you are full.

Also do yourself a big favor and be sure you can crack free the filler plug on top of the box before you drain anything. It can be very tough to crack free.
