Im new to this web site, and figured id say hi and introduce myself. I dont currently own a Acura, however im looking to buy a 07-08 TL type S within the next few months. I have been into cars since I was 16 and have decided to get a 4 door more luxurious car now. My last car was a full bolt on, heads/cam/nitrous 1999 trans am. Im looking forward to getting the TL type S. They are much nicer cars than my trans am was for sure. Hopefully ill be able to leave the TL mostly stock!
Oh and I meant to include in there. When looking for a TL are there anything specific that normally goes wrong I should look at. I know some have transmission problems but I plan on getting a manual, so hopefully that won't be much of a problem.
Welcome. Post some pics if/when you get your Type-S.

thanks yall, hopefully I will be able to find one I want this summer. and CLtotheTl32im in Greenville, so about 1 1/2hrs away from Cary. If anyone happens to find a 07-08 TL type S for sale that is Kinetic blue pearl with a manual transmission and less than 35k miles let me know. There is only 1 for sale on here that is in my price range, and it is pending sale already

that is nice, but more than I want to spend. I almost bought one from a member here. It was a black 2007 with under 40k miles, listed for $23,000. I looked at it the day before i left the country for a week, came back today, and its already sold! I should have went ahead and bought it that day!
I really like to KBP, but I wouldnt mind black or gray.

Welcome!! Be patient and you'll find the right car...I almost bought 2 others before I found mine, and at the time I regretted not signing the papers and owning a Type-S sooner...BUT...in the end I got a low mileage car in as new condition, and at a decent price! Good Luck!
