i brought my '05 tl to get an alignment. got to drive an '08 TL as a loaner with only 1000 miles on it. i don't know if anyone talked about this, but the '08 tl is a totally different riding experience. i was very impressed with the steering and handling. the steering felt more firm was definitely more responsive. i actually felt like i was driving a tsx!!! which meant it was a fun to drive car. this was something i always wanted my '05 TL to feel like, which is why i installed the aspec suspension in my car, but it doesn't have the same steering feel the new TL has now. the '08 TL still had a bouncy rear suspension, but the body roll barely noticeable.


i was very impressed. but it took 3 years for acura to make the right adjustments. I love the more firm and responsive steering the '08TL has. i'm just wondering if i can somehow make my 05 TL ride the same way.

who knows man u ask me acura fuc*** up on the 04-06 and made the new ones just right im in for my 4th rack this week cars never been hit nothing. suspension is blown as well. i dropped it off and told them not to call me until its fixed.... I even had honda in on it and i told them ill get the springs off the type s just to make it feel correct if its the aspec's fault....no answer just waiting =/

Yup, I got a loaner today and it was an 08 SSM TL. I agree with the handling as well. Although I love the handling of the TEIN SS on my 06, the 08 far outshined it factory specs vs factory specs!! Stock my 06 had a lot of roll in it. Scared me sometimes and I have a 6MT! I also like the Navi setup!

But no...it is not more fun to drive than my baby with the 6MT and TEIN SS though...hell to the naw!! But it is good for stock!
