So I went to the nearest Acura Dealership to me in Oregon which is in Eugene. I have been looking for an 06 TL w/Nav but I decided to go see how much they are letting the 08's go for. I found a WDP 08 TL w/Nav with a sticker price of $36,940. I asked them how low they will go, and he came back with $31,318. I left it at that and went on my way. My question is, how much do you think they would come down off of that price? Just a note but they have 15 08's on the lot, 3 of which are WDP.

 

That is way to high.. I was looking to buy to same thing, a month ago, and dealt with 2 different internet departments and got the price down to $28,383. I suggest to deal with internet departments, and get a couple of different dealers to compete.

 

Yeah that is about what I am wanting to get it down to. I would like to get it to $28,500 at most. I couldnt believe they have 15 08's on the lot though. And its a smaller city, nothing to big. I just dont think they are moving new 08's at all. And with the first of the year coming up soon, they are gonna want to move the 08's big time I would think.

 

hm i got my TL a month ago for 28k.

All you should need to say is new years is coming soon, the 09s are here, and that you know ppl in cali who got their TLs for 28k and thats with sales tax...doesnt oregon not have a sales tax? mine was without Nav though.

 

I've just this week negotiated to 32k OTD for a new '08 with nav. That's after 6% PA sales tax. I'll possibly be picking it up this weekend upon inspection. The dealers around here don't seem to have many left, so I can't get the price down too much more. I feel its a fair deal though given it's OTD below invoice.

 

Yeah if I could get in an 08 with Nav for 28k that would be awesome!!! We dont have sales tax here, so there is only a dmv fee tacked on, and that fee is like $250. I dunno if I could get an 08 w/nav down to 28k though. I sure hope so! As the first of the year gets closer they are just gonna wanna get them off the lot. Anyone have any idea about what the invoice is on an 08 TL w/Nav?

 

No, but Edmunds.com does and I'm pretty sure it's about $33K
