Just got my TL....and new to the Forum
Hey Guys!
My name is marc and I just got my new TL. I got the 6-speed with Navi. So far I like the car a lot. I owned an Audi before the TL - so the FWD is a little different. I had the windows tinted today. Getting it debagged on Tuesday. Still looking for suspension, wheels, and a rear deck lip spoiler.
Are there any houston guys here?
Are there any good sites for aftermarket parts?
On my audi, it was chipped, with a bigger turbo, injectors....blah, blah blah - so what are the first few mods made to the TL?

how are ya liking the 6 speed?
mods like kinda limited for the 3G TL at the moment; CAI (aem, injen, k&n), suspension (eibach, tein, comptech, a-spec), rear away bar (comptech), short throw shifter (comptech), exhaust (magnaflow, comptech)...
i got mine about 2 weeks ago, and i only feel the need to mod the suspension at the moment.

Welcome and Congrats. Not a Houston guy but just a few hours north of you in Dallas. Your Rockets are beating up on the Mavericks.

Thanks for the info. The car is great. The acceleration is completely different from the audi, so i can not tell if it has the same pick-up or not. I will say that it has a ton of body roll, which will be corrected by the suspension and new tires.
I will probably pick up the CAI and suspension first while i search for my wheels
