Smile Just got my TL

Hello all!

Just want to say hi to everyone on here, I just picked up an CPO 05 Dynamic on Thursday and want to share the joy .

It's not anything special, just a stock TL, but here are a couple of pics anyway. Sorry for the dirty car though, I drove it through the rain the last 2 days.

Needless to say, I'm incredibly happy with the thing. It drives so very very nicely (far too quiet though, can hardly hear the engine at all). I love how solid this one feels too, no rattles at all; just a very refine car overall.

I was looking at a few different ones before settling on this 05. It's actually the highest mileage and wasn't the cheapest, but it was obvious the last owner took great care of it, the interior has less wear than some others I saw with 1/2 the mileage. The only flaws is a small dent in the black part of the driver door pillar, and the slightly tired front bumper from the highway miles.
Got it at an Acura dealer as a CPO vehicle, and they threw in a set of brand new Michelins that came on the Type S, along with new pads, rotors, and windshield (old one had a small chip, still could have passed safety though). Also has a 6 years 160k km powertrain warranty and roadside assistance, doubt I'll need to use either of those though.

Either way, I wasn't sure how I was feeling after I signed the contract as I felt I paid a bit too much for it, but after driving it for the past 2 days I couldn't be happier with the car.

Congrats and welcome, you'll love the 6MT. Also, get a CAI and the quiet engine situation is taken care of!

That's what counts...forget the amount you paid. This car is definitely worth it.

Congratulations on your new grin-inducing-machine.

Thanks for the welcome guys!

The car was a highway car, with around 120,000km (75k miles) on it now, but it drives great and even better than some others with much less miles I test drove.

I won't do too much to it though; just the A-Spec kit, lip spoiler, and wheels. I'll reserve the go-fast parts to my "fun" car.

Having said that, I de-badged the trunk today.
