Just bought my first Acura..and first TL...
Just bought my TL today... only took 1 pic of it sitting on the lot at the acura dealership.

But it's 6 speed gunmetal gray on black leather. aero / dynamic package.




So just wanted to say hi =)

Welcome!! looks great- looks like your A-SPEC kit was painted black in the front - looks hot man!- how many miles? $$$ ? if you care to share- anyway, be prepared to become an addict on this site, and start saving some cash- congrats again!

The car has 55,000 miles. no accidents, 1 owner.

Payed 15,800 USD$ for it.

Congrats!! TL is an awesome car, and this is the best place to get info!!

But be prepared to catch the mod bug.. Because there are some very nicely modded whips on here..

Congrats on the ride your "gunmetal grey" car is actually called anthracite metallic, or AM for short. BTW nice color choice, AM FTW!

been reading the forums, it seems the 04 have tranny problems.. this true? or only some?

And how far into the mileage does a tranny go? Mine has 55000 miles.

Should i be worried? only 8 months left on warranty. should i get it extended

55K is out of warranty already.....if u want to spend an extra few$$$$$ go to a good acura dealer in your area....and ask about extending your warranty.

the 6speed has no tranny issues just a 3rd gear recall....so its not really a big deal but if u get ur extension and go there to get it fixed its no prob.....lots to leanr on the site....use search a lot

Trip: Canadian dealers have 160,000km or 6 year warranty bumper to bumper.

my car only has 92ks. and still a year left on warranty

NICE find and GREAT PRICE!!....enjoy the 6MT!!...its a BEAST for sure! i opted to stay stock in the begginning then the mod bug hit after being on the site so long...anyhow....this site is great for all ur personal plans you may have for the car
