Just bought my 06 NBP TL w/Navi in No Va.
I just pulled in my garage with my brand new dealer polished NBP 06 TL w/Navi. Some of you may remember my posted pics of my totaled SSM TL last month (see photographs thread..."these will make you cry guranteed"). I have to say despite the totaling of my car, it's pretty cool to be in a 06 TL less than a month after my accident. My TL was totaled with over $22,000 in damage! I got a great deal on my new one at a dealer in Va. Out the door with tax, title, registration and all fees for $33965. If some of you are in No Va and looking for a deal, I'll hook you up and won't be like another person on a thread claiming they paid 32,500 OTD with everything included.......I doubt this very seriously. Have we seen this "scanned" invoice that includes everything in that price......not. Anyway.....I'm so happy to be back in a TL and I like the little changes. Seems to handle a little better, voice recognition is improved and gotta love those tire pressure sensors. If you fellas in NoVa need a hook up for a purchase of your TL. Let me know and I'll come through. Sorry for the novel. Pictures and mods to come (got to do all over again)

My price before tax, title, license and fees was 32, 600. (funny how someone said they paid 32,500 WITH T, T, &L). My car is auto, there is no price change for auto or manual. Va sales tax is 3% whcih came out to $985.35. He made all the other numbers work so that I stayed at 33,965 (which was for TWO years plates and tags in Va). My goal was 33, 900ish. I'm very happy to say the least as I basically paid invoice for the car. Everyone's gotta pay taxes and the little fees.

All the dealers around Baltimore and DC are within a few hundred dollars of each other. They all deal. Some make you work a little harder than others.
I went with Tischer as the most convenient to my office.

I bought it at Radley Acura in Falls Church/Baileys Crossroads. I visited Radley in Woodbridge and didn't like them one bit. A lot of BS back and forth "let me check with my manager...sign this" (which I said hell no of course). I would stay the hell away from Radley in Woodbridge. Gents don't sign a damn thing unitl you've negotiated the price you want to pay and see it in writing. I had a great buying experience last night buying at Radley in Falls Church. Anyone know a great tint place??????

I agree...I think if you live in the DC metro area you should buy your car from Radley. I had a great experience there...I got a great deal on my 2006 MT Black on Black with Navi. If anyone is looking to buy, let me know I paid 33500 OTD. As far as I'm concerned that is about the lowest anyone is getting that car. They also offer free inspections and oil changes for life. I went to Pohanka and had a terrible experience, they didnt seem that interested in selling me a car. They literally came out and told me that for the price i want i should go ahead and buy from Radley. What kind of dealer would tell you that when you are sitting in their showroom with your checkbook?

Question about NOVA area and good shops
I am about to purchase the Ron Jon bodykit for the ol' TL and I am buying it prepped and primered. I was wondering if you all know of a good place to have it paited so the damn color will match and have it put on in the NOVA area. Is this something the Dealership can do or do I need to find som other shop. I was also gonna have my car detailed and if you all knew of any good places to detail let me know as well thanks...

Don't go to Radley for painting because they don't have an onsite paint shop. They'll even tell you that it would make more sense for you to deal directly with an auto body shop on your own, rather than using the dealer as a middleman, and they're correct—what's the point of having to go through someone else to deal with the people who will paint your car?
Anyway, I had to get a new front bumper and I went to Quality Auto Body on Draper Drive in Fairfax. (If you know where the Harley dealer is on Lee Highway just west of Fairfax Circle, then you know where Draper Drive is—it's the street across from the Harley dealer.) The paint is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. I have the misfortune to have used Quality quite a few times....taken a Legend there, a 1997 Accord twice, the TL, my father took an Accord and a TSX, and my brother took a Civic. While they do excellent work (that's why I go back there), I call it a "misfortune" because nobody wants to have to go to an auto body shop if it can be avoided!
