Haha ANY COMMENTS ON MY GIRLFRIEND? I will replace the switches when I get time off Sunday night, will also do a 3x3 flush again..and yes it is expensive, but I enjoy it, even if things do go wrong I like to fix them. I clearly am not doing as well I thought compared to you guys though. Got me all sad and what not here I am thought I was making a good choice joining the military and what not. Silly me. Anybody want a large fry? I didn't pay much attention to the DIY for the switches it seemed like it was underneath, just because I don't know everything about my car doesn't mean I don't know dick lick about whatever the hell you were talking about? Want to put v force Reed valves or replace my top and bottom end on my old bike? I would be glad to laugh my ass off as you sat there not knowin what to do, while I just laughed. Cars may not be my forte, but I think mine like kinda good

For a 20 year old 35k while partaking in college full time to become an electronic engineer was not bad at all, lets go back to... One year ago when you were 20? What were you doing? I am not bragging as if I am some high roller yet merely comparing myself to the average 20 year old still living with mommy and daddy mooching off their parents. I am doing well for myself by anyone's standards, living where I live my car is above average especially when a majority of people around here live on foodstamps and section eight housing. I am very proud of my girlfriend and I am happy with her, to me she is a trophy, just like struggling so hard without my parents to go to school and have a nice car and find time to give my girlfriend all her wants and needs. Once again I am not perfect at all. But go back to when you were 20, and lets talk about how perfect you were

I don't know, maybe I've gotten soft in my old age. LOL. You all know I'm quick with the hot headed sarcastic ahole responses. Either that, or because of the huge influx of OTHER young d-bag young bucks to AZ lately...I've become desensitized.

You guys honestly amaze me, it's so dissatisfying to see people of older age tryin to bring down people who work hard for what they have and have done everything for themselves, I honestly feel bad for you guys. I hope my kids do better than me one day but if they are where I am currently I would be more than pleased. I deleted the comment involving her name as you guys took it way out of hand throwing false allocations at with me regards to class and my demeanor as if I am some young ostracized kid with no hopes of ever shelving a realistic life goal. Congrats fellas

How many times are you going to bring up your age and how much you make? We don't care if you make $100k a year, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

I'll give the OP credit. There are kids his age, both older and younger that have posted far worse on this site.

CHAD, what...what are you talking about? sounds like you have some sort of complex and an intense need to prove that you're "doing good at 20 years of age".
nobody cares. nobody ever did. besides you.

I was moved out at 18, bought my first car at 15 (with my own money I earned from my current job).
Now I just bought my TL about a month ago with my own money on my own financing... there are LOTS of people our age doing A LOT better then we are too. I have a friend that's 22 making as much as my dad (which is nothing to scoff at).
Now walk away before you make yourself look like more of an ass.

Well let's see, I was outside sales for a multi-billion dollar company.. I will not disclose my earnings, that would be childish... but it was quite a bit more than you currently make. Now, a year later, I manage a store for a different company, doing much better than I was at 20.

I have a complex, haha I am typing on my iPhone at a meeting right now I don't have time to proof read my messages. And okay you are doing so much better than me haha we get it good for you. I keep referring to my age because age is a big difference in the way people live their lifestyles. I am 20 and live a life that closely resembles that of a married man with a family. I don't care how much I make nor do I care about how much you make. I am proud of how far I have come and honestly could care less what any of you guys think. I'm happy with my life and I'm happy with where I'm going, and to think ill be I'm Afghanistan fighting for our country while you guys are dicking around arguing with op's in reference to common problems among a car and yet blaming it on a maintenance issue. Maintenance should help resolve the problem but yet I search these threads and see soo many problems and fixes with these cars, but if it helps you guys sleep at night thinking I am se young degenerate kid who smokes pot and parties and beats his car and know absolutely nothing then that's cool with me. I don't really care, if only you came where I did haha, maybe you would respect how far I've come

The hours themselves aren't bad, it's the being awake from 3:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday that are horrible. But I hope one day I have a life as easy as you guys. Maybe in pararescue training for the Air Force they will teach me how to become just like you guys. But I'm pretty sure my goals will be more along the lines of search and rescue. While enduring extreme temperatures for prolonged periods of time with little to no sleep. But you guys sleep comfy in your beds with your big fancy jobs and then watch tv and see documentaries on what a real lifestyle is like.

Here we go...I'm so bad ass because I'm in the Air Force
You're choosing that lifestyle, just because yours involves more work doesn't make it any more "real" than anyone elses'.
Don't get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for our military and I find everything involving it very interesting, it's just not for me. I wish you luck in the Air Force but I sure hope you learn a thing or two while you're in there.

I'm proud that I work hard and work a lot, while you guys work your normal hours and get paid alot I work extra long hours and don't get paid as much, lets refer to the military. You work twice as much at half the pay, but why do soldiers fight for our country? Why do navy seals do what they do? I'm almost positive it is with no regards to earnings, but more on the lines of pride, and to just say that I do. I would love to have a easy job but it feels better knowing I work a lot harder than most to get to where I am today, because nothing was given to me. But you probably don't understand that, I'm sure you have a degree at Yale or something. You must have paid them college funds yourself, or maybe a full ride was granted to you. But I highly doubt it, so compare yourself to me, you make more, have a fancy house maybe; however, I assure you your pride will never reach mine. It takes having nothing to really appreciate having something.
