I had to bend mine ever so slightly so that it followed the edge of the trunk.
I messed mine up just a whee bit, and was able to lift it back off. Just lightly put it on, before you press it down!

Has anyone who's ordered recently heard anything from Kris? I ordered on Wednesday night and have since sent three emails to him and haven't heard anything back. Just wondering if maybe he's backed up with orders... Thanks people.

I sent him an email right after I "won" the auction and then sent him two emails after with my color code and still no response. Seems like the knock against him on EBay is poor communication. I'm hoping he gets back to me soon before I have to leave negative feedback...

Communication is slow compared to others, but i think its because they sell so many different items, that it takes a while to reply. I got my lip in last tue. the paint blends in nicely w/ the rest of the car. also after install, it took out most of my trunk rattling from my sub's

oh yeah.... at first impression, i was hoping the lip will be a lil more thicker than it is. but oh well. still looks really nice, already got complements from friends. imho i think you would have to be crazy to pay for it at the dealership, from my last visit i think they were selling it for nearly $400!

I just received this. Anyone have tips on installation? (ie how exactly should the spoiler align with the trunk/be placed on the trunk? -- it seems my spoiler matches the length of the trunk perfectly but doesn't match the curve on the end of the trunk)?

Any chance someone could email me the eBay seller's name? There are two that are selling the lip -- one with a "Buy it now" price of $105, the other at $169. After reading the posts, sounds like the seller from TX (with the $105 price) is the preferred one?
BTW, just joined -- picked up an '05, Anthracite/Quartz, Nav a couple of weeks ago. ;-)

i bought mine from the "trimking1" on ebay and i have a 05 wdp tl and i have installed mine for about 3 months now using only the 3m double sided tape and it stays on fine but one problem.....the wdp is a really hard color to match therefore my spoiler is off colored...the spoiler is more creamier color than the car itself, but the quality is nice....they offered to refund mine, but i like the spoiler alot so i decided to keep mine...
