I'm at a dead end. Need advice

i will suggest getting a water blade. im in houston and also drive an NBP accord. im not gonna nit pick but you knew damn well black would be hard as hell to keep clean in this texas heat. sprinklers are normally set to go off in the morning. if you have your car detailed and waxed, then the water should just bead off. if its still wet the water blade will take care of the rest.
like cjtl said; adjust the sprinkler heads. if you know you park by one all the time adjust that one. just takes a flat tip screwdriver.
and like av2600 said. we have mister carwash and bubbles. they both sell monthly memberships for 22 dollars a month. you dont even need to get out of your car. they let you drive it through.
and it is common knowledge that in texas, the best parking is not in proximity to the front door, but under the shade tree. auto roll down window feature FTW.

Attack the root of the issue. It's really, really simple to adjust the sprinkler heads yourself if you want to take matters into your own hands. I have to park outside when I'm at my moms house and her sprinklers were drenching my car (with the gross water they pump out from the lake behind their house), so I figured out how to adjust where they spray. Go look at the brand of the heads...Toro, Rainbird, Hunter, etc and google "How to adjust _____ sprinkler heads". A slew of results will come up. Basically there's a screw on top that adjusts the flow and a screw that adjust the rotation. It'll take 5 minutes tops. Go out and do it while they're on.
If they see you, they can't possibly get pissed at you for correcting their problem. I doubt anyone will even notice that the sidewalk and parking lot aren't being watered anymore.

? I don't know can I do it or the guys in apartment will fix it again or not, but I will give it a try when nobody around 
.I details my cars 2 times a year wax 4 times, and wash every weekend. I really enjoy taking care of my cars
