idling vibration

Does anyone has idling vibration in the steering wheel?

Mine seem to do it only while idling not when driving.

Pleas let me know if you know any fix for this problem.

Thanks

Very slight vibration at idle and it only lasts about 3 seconds and then back to normal for about 30sec-1min then again 3-sec low frequensy vibe.. Now, this is with or without climate control on.
But from the outside the car the engine sounds like the A/C turns on and off and RPM fluctuates, but from reading manual it looks like A/C is off even when climate is on, unless you specificaly press A/C button or defrost. (whic is not the case with my Accord where A/C turns on periodicaly at any temp setting)

And tah pointer doesnt move during "the drop"

Weird

Well, this is one area that my car has been perfect! Idle is smooth as glass after warm up and only has very little vibration at idle at cold start,

I have the idle vibration as well.. thought it pretty crappy with Honda's ability to balance anything. Sure it's higher compression, but still should be balance-able.

I'm going to have to sit in other cars with high compression high horsepower engines, does anybody have any idea what cam lobe duration these cars have?

It talks about the emissions on startup and for a few mins, but mine is rough at anytime. Sure it could be, but it's still pretty sad.

Rough idle has more to do with lobe duration (hotter cam) than compression ratio. I think Honda did a marvelous job of squeezing 270 HP out of a 3.2L engine. The idle is amazing.

I used to have a 6.6L engine with 400HP, and idle speed was 1700 rpm in order to get the engine to not stall in gear (auto).

All TypeS's have vibrated.. and it gets a little worse over time... so unfortunately, there's no way to fix it.

ALRIGHT TOOK THE CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT. IT WAS MAKING WAY TOO MUCH NOISE ON TURNS AND IDLE. WELL GUESS WHAT THE IDIOTS NEVER FILLED UP THE POSWER STEERING FLUID. SINCE THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW I DIDNT EVEN THINK TO CHECK. THEY SAID IT WAS VERY LOW. I WONDER IF IT CAUSED ANY DAMAGE ALTHOUGH THEY SAY IT DIDN'T. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY FORGOT TO PUT POWER STEERING FLUID IN.
