I need floor mats

I'll be getting my first TL early this week. Since I live in MN, I want to keep the floor mats looking as nice as possible as long as possible. In all my past cars, I never cared, and they looked horrible after one winter. What are my options? Are there floor mats custom made for the TL that I can use in the winter, or should I get cheap ones from Target?

Any suggestions?

Just buy the all season Acura mats. They are made for the car, heavy duty and last forever. We are on our third winter using them. A quick rinse and they look like new. In the summer time the carpeted mats go back in.

Just get the all season mats and trunk tray from Acura and your carpets will never see dirt. They are worth it. Mine are virtually new after a full winter in Canada.

I've used the Auto Zone clear mats for all of my car. Nothing fancy but it does it's job.

After our recent highway "salt a thon" here I washed my TL this weekend and all I had to do to get the Acura mats looking spotless was a good wipe down with a damp cloth. I've never had a set of winter mats that cleaned up that easily!

Thanks

I got the acura mats. they fit and have good protection. it would be nice if they had a little more "lip" at the edges. overall good product.

i wouldn't skimp on a >$30K car.

mats at www.handaaccessories.com will run you about $105...

not to change the subject, but how much of an improvement have you experienced with the new springs? how much did they run w/install?

I have got great servioce from my beberber mats - much tougher than OE, not as horrid as the rubber mats.

See The RR Journals for details.

KRACO mats $20 for a set of four.

Very heavy with channels to hold snow and water. The mats trim to fit the TL pretty good.

I purchased the gray mats and they look nice in a quartz interior. I did see tan mats at the store I was in.
